Default NL25 - AK oop 3-bet into- Line Check

No reads on villain. I've raised and taken the blinds the last 3 hands in a row and haven't shown down a hand.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $18.36
BB: $21.01
Hero (UTG): $29.10
CO: $24.49
BTN: $24.55

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $1.00, CO folds, BTN raises to $3.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $9.00, BTN calls $5.75

Flop: ($18.35) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $16.00

Is this whole hand spew?

If you've raised the last 3 hands in a row, sometimes I'm inclined to 4BAI here.

Am I correct to assume that the best play by villain is not calling the 4th bet? It is either pushing or folding.

This is tough without a read. And without one, I tend to err on the passive side. I check/fold the flop here. But then again I do not 4 bet AKo like ever. I think I have never done it in my NL career .

Now with a read:

If he is bad, than there are some hands in his range that you can fold out I guess. Hands like JJ, 99-88. AQs is calling and AK as well.

If he is passive bad, like let's see flop without an ace and get it in with KK-JJ than you're toasted.

I usually just flat call his 3-bet here. I think 4betting is spew. And leading into him for that much in aa RR spot is spewy. I c-bet 9-10$.

His stack after calling the 4 bet is ~$15. If I C-bet $9-10 I won't be folding if he pushes for $5 more. This is shove or C/F for me.

Funny you should say that but that advice has cost me more buyins than any other so far. I think I've not been picking my spots. Keep coming across AA, KK.
