A thousand push ups in a day is easy. You just screwed yourself by your approach to the bet.

Seriously, unless this is somehow against the terms of the bet, go to a health store and take creatine. Maybe some caffeine stuff too.

but if you do them and let your arms rest and the lactic acid build uip, your chest and tris are going to flip out nad hurt like hell.

AEJones knows what he is talking about.

This is why I recommend the stretching. Plus, eat some meat or some bananas. They're high in potassium which helps prevent the lactic acidosis.

Plus, i'm so dead serious about the aspirin and weed. You won't feel a thing.

Aspirin has to be cheating in a bet like this. My bet was for 1500 in 18 hours and we banned aspirin, creatine and caffeine. If aspirin and creatine are allowed, he can still win this bet without trying.

i have done this before when my max was about 35(i can do about 100 now) granted it was in basic, it still doesnt change a thing.

the lactic acid is going to build up, but it is just a push up. you should be able to do this pretty easily in a 24 hour period. going to sleep would be the worst thing for you to do.

drink a ton of water, stretch a little bit, and knock out a lot early so that you dont have to kill yourself at the end.

Take a ton of ephedra, caffeine, and aspirin. You can get it done.
