Default 100NL bad spot to get agressive?

Villian stacked me last hand by overbetting a full house into my top straight, so was this check/raise because I was tilting or is it any good? I was pretty confident he was going to bet almost all of his range on the turn, but I guess if he doesn't I'm left looking really silly on about 30 different river cards.
