Can they be ranked in the top 25 polls?

I know they aren't eligible for the bowl games and it seems like I heard someone on ESPN say they couldn't be ranked in the polls.

6. Wisconsin
7. Louisville
8. Cal
9. Texas
10. Va Tech

You can't force Louis & Wisc down since they started high and have mag hype, but I'm not sold on either as legit top 10 teams.

Anybody else feel the BXII (OU & Tex) pretty much has an inside track to the BCS final? .... they both win OOC this week and 1 of them has a much better shot of running the table than a BE/ACC/B10 team

Well, they aren't eligable for the coaches poll, or the AP, but posters on an internet message board are free to rank them. However, they haven't doen so.
