Default Creative (butchered?) TT hand in 3-bet pot

Villain has been at table for very few hands. I can't remember the excact number but i'm pretty sure it was like 3 or something. He is already a 66/33. Normally i will flat with TT here because of EP raise and yada yada, but my first impression was that this guy seemed fairly spewy, so i went for the 3-bet. Is it bad to go by you're first imression/gut here or should i do it?

I would have shoved after shorties 4-bet, cause i put villain on 22-JJ,AJ-AQ, possibly KQ after only calling the 3-bet but only got the option of calling. Do you put him all-in on flop (overbet, he has like 7.10 left), do you check behind or do you bet/call or bet/fold? I personally think putting him all-in on the flop is best given the range i assigned him, cause he can't really call with anything but KQ, and i'm not even sure that is in his range.

Yeah I would go all in here. Cant see why UTG would check if he hit his K [or has AA] and there are two clubs on the board.

I would definitely bet here, there's no reason to check this hand down since you're basically giving up on the hand.

Check and try to get to showdown. UTG could have QQ/JJ here but its really not worth your stack to find out if you can get him off it. He could also have AK/AA/KK and thinks hes being tricky.
