I've only got 6 hands on these guys. The shortstack raiser he has limped one and raised one. The caller has limped 3 and raised none.

This is a fold for me.
He raises from UTG and bets more than 1/4 of his stack. At best you can hope to play against AK - but I would set him on a higher PP.
