WIRELESS QUESTION
We got my fathernlaw a laptop for Christmas, he works on gas wells in east Texas and wanted to play poker on the job. We went to cingular and got the card for their service. When we hooked it up, we kept getting disconnected. Is this just the service, or does the computer speed figure in? I see the commercial that says sprint is up to 5 times faster than cingular, is this the same thing? The computer is just a 256, does this figure in? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: WIRELESS QUESTION
The computer matters, the coverage matters more but 256 is probably too slow. If the coverage area is EVDO sprint or verizon are nice. If it's not, it's probably not worth paying monthly for. Regular 1x CDMA is too slow to update online poker. If it's EVDO, try the sprint card, they have like a 14-day money-back, no-ETF policy on new service.
