Awesome, awesome suggestion.

I'm sure it would save lots of work for support, as I'm sure the players will have hammered out an agreement before they get there.

I emailed them and pointed out the "sure" and asked them to read it again.

Bradley out of curiosity where do those figures come from, is that only sng's, rings, tourneys or all. I play several sites, but have trouble believing this is a combined total even if it is just stars, as I have a couple of pretty nice mtt cashes. Not doubting the numbers you have, just wondering if this is a combined number. I have played so many sites, this is possible.

What part did I make up sir, what is not to believe and why would I lie. As I said before, I have hand history and stars response if you would like to put $240 on it, this will make up for what I lost by finishing third rather than chopping.

I think the 'sure' along with him sitting-out at first as per your instructions does indeed show he was agreeing to the deal.

After he said 'sure' he never said anything like 'wait, I don't agree.'
He just saw that you were both sitting-out and decided to go for it.

Without giving any kind of a 'no' after he said 'sure' and then sat-out when you guys did I believe his actions should be construed as having 'accepted' the deal.

This shouldn't be a slam on Stars though even if they don't give it to you.
Because I think it's pretty close and it wasn't really THAT clear.

If all 3 of you CLEARLY agree to a chop then Stars will make you go with it and they're really good about this in my experience.

But this one really is fairly borderline although I do think you should get the chop and he should get a warning about trying to angle-shoot.

Bob I do believe like you that he intentionally screwed me, I also agree that I should have gotten a more definative agreement. I have nothing but respect for Stars, I played PP for a long time and learned what a pathetic piece of **** really is. I understand where Stars is coming from, Ive played hundreds of thousands of hands there and never an issue until now. Only beef I have with Stars in this deal is they almost act as if the comment "sure" never happened. If they just say our policy is the stars rep must be present, thas fine. Thanks for a reasonable post.

If its really important to you maybe try to email them again and hope that you'll get a different rep who sees things differently.
