Especially when SSHE says call 2 cold with 76s in Villain's position.

SSH says to call two cold after three limpers and a raise at a typical table with a hand as weak at 76s? Granted I haven't picked up my copy in over a year, but I doubt this. From my recollection SSH says cold-calling often with poor hands is about a big mistake as you can make right behind folding in a huge pot.

Tell me which page and I'll admit I'm wrong.
