Why not? The situation you present here about the woman being mugged is wildly different than the Everett situation.

Suzzer, if some guy hurt his spine in front of me, and I had the ability to save him, I would do the good deed.


However, I will not mail letters to random lady's who were mugged.

Would it be wrong of me to send him a letter that says, "Thank you for doing a great job of illustrating why poor tackling form can cause permanent injury, disability, or even death. I have been trying to tell my Pop Warner players to keep their heads up when tackling for weeks now and your injury, caused by improper form, may have saved one of their lives."
