Default preflop decision w/ TT

I've been at the table ~20 hands. Early in the session, BU flopped a set in a limped pot and bet it hard all the way. He hasn't shown down a hand since. CO hasn't shown down any hands. Neither has been too active or done anything unusual. I haven't seen either one 3bet pf.

I thought about capping, calling, and folding. I think I know which one's right, but I couldn't decide at the table, and I'm not completely sure now.

Cap if you think the CO might fold. Call otherwise

A set of whats?

Do players tend to resteal at these stakes? Somehow I doubt it. Do you think you can make CO fold if you cap? I doubt it. Can you fold if it's two bets two you and you have an overpair to the board? I guess it's a call, but folding isn't too bad.

generally I play somewhat conservative when I first start a session ... i would fold this that soon into the session without an donkish showdown hand - or some general action by these two guys that would indicate they suck

in general:
it's is an open raise from CO ... which doesn't mean much (but is really dependent on the player)
the BTN's 3bet also could be a little wider than normal but I wouldn't go too too far in generally (unless you see that this guy like to resteal)

i noticed shill's post ...

in general I like a call and play on check-raising most flops ...

i don't think a cap is too hot in this spot ... it's unlikely that an unknown will fold once raised - and that will leave you in the dark on most flops (as in general, you are pretty much leading out on any flop ... and the flop will be pretty large and will entice weakish call downs that only let you get value bet)
