Since he's not going to list the rest of his must-nuke list I will. In no particular order:

1) Tehran
2) Moscow (thought we forgot)
3) Hanoi (same as above)
4) Philadelpia
5) Paris (LDO)
6) Mecca
7) Florence, Oregon (lol they'll never see it coming)
8) Mecca, a second time
9) The Brazilian Rainforest (that should keep those loggers out)

Unfortunately if our government has it's way, this year will be the last that Phil will be able to play at FT online from Amsterdam as he did this year. They want to ban online except through the government owned "Holland Casino" and to tax winnings with no relief for losses.

London is like 10,000x better for hookers than Amsterdam - in terms of service, attractiveness of girls, and maybe even numbers now too. This is something that's changed in the last five years or so, and is connected with the large influx of people from Eastern Europe. Go to Amsterdam if you want fight your way through the drunks and drug dealers to have a quick, clinical experience with a window girl in her nasty little room which is more like being in hospital than a bedroom. Whereas in London there are thousands of beautiful Eastern European girls, the majority here of their own free will, who you can see for a nice slow screw in private apartments in the best parts of town. The only difference is to find them you have to look on websites, not in shop windows.
