guys saying that its my fault for losing the ticket,
Ridiculous. I called a week in advance and was told there was no problem.

Noah,
If you spent a month preparing for a trip: doing research, getting vacinations, preparing a bag, and scowering the internet for a cheap plane ticket only to find last minute that it wasn't happening because some dude forgot to send in your itenerary you would be pissed to. Hell, you got annoyed at just reading my post.

The mistake has cost me a lot of money and screwed up my trip. I don't think its unreasonable to feel entitled to something more than a refunded ticket. The responses, including your own, make it clear that it's not happening. So fine, I can deal.

Really though, your reproach is so uncalled for.

Hello

Here is a small world story for you. I actually own Flightnetwork.com. We are a large online agency with about 70 employees just outside Toronto. And I browse 2+2 everyday mostly NVG and BBV these days. I found this post as it comes up on the first page of Google.ca when you search for "Flightnetwork".

We are committed to serving our clients. We are an "airfare consolidator" so we have discount fares and are limited to strict rules by the airline regarding changes and lost tickets. In return for cheaper airfares there are many more restrictions. Also, 90% of the tickets we issue are e-tickets but some airlines do not offer e-tickets for certain routes.

Please PM me your name, confirmation and email and I will look into this for you.

Thanks

Naman

No, it's not happening because you lost your ticket. Take some responsibility.
