Scoop Jackson

Tonight I'm at a bar watching the Sox choke off a game to the A's. Then STEPHEN A. SMITH comes on, and he has Scoop Jackson as a guest. Never seen this guy live but the consensus among us was that he looks like a crack addict in about every way possible (no, I don't mean cuz he's black).

Plus, he has something seriously wrong with his grill, as in weird gum or lip overlap or rotting teeth. This guy looked like RunDownHouse's avatar after a long weekend with Mr. Crack Pipe.

Does anyone know what his local market is and if he's always looked this way? Thinking of adding him to my dead pool. Thx.
