Re: JT for messy two pair bet into...
If you wanna play it preflop youhave to open raise to take those blinds. From there i would fold flop. There's too much chance that your outs aren't clean anyway. Definitely fold turn. You're behind and not getting odds to hit your boat so don't bother with it. Folding preflop gets you out of these situations though.

Re: JT for messy two pair bet into...
I think that if you were going to raise on the flop it should have been a larger raise. With such a small raise he could be calling with a range that is much wider only hands that beat you. On the turn it seems like a fold may be best because you are likely behind, but I am still not sure. What do others think? I don't think he has an A unless he already had the straight on the flop. He could have called the reraise with a K being as loose as he is. I think it's one of those situations where you either know you're the best poker player in the world after it's over or you feel like an idiot...

why would you ever limp on the button? fold the turn [/ QUOTE ] he didnt limp, he cold called. fold preflop, and i dont know what you are doing on the flop but your raise makes no sense. I would just call here and try and get to showdown, or just fold. raising is really bad. |
