Everest is giving me Spyware

They cheated hundrets of US players out of their frequent player points, for playerpoints you could play regular tourneys and sit and goes to a rate 100FPP = $10.
One night in September 2006 they closed the account sent the balance to my Neteller account and kept thousends of my FPP. No E-mail, no reason, nothing.

Okay, I ran spybot and this is what came up. It looks like the program is a little overzealous. How bad is all this stuff?

I believe Everest used to advertise via spam mail. The entry of the normal Everest client in the spyware database is basically a retaliation by the spyware/spam database maintainers. (AFAICT)
