Default 50NL: I butcher QQ on pretty much every street

Villain is unknown. Note stack size.

I'm putting this one up street by street, because I was completely lost.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

SB: $11.30
BB: $9.50
UTG: $35.15
CO: $13.05
Hero (BTN): $50.25

Pre-Flop: Q Q dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG calls $0.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $2.25, 2 folds, UTG raises to $4, Hero ?

Villain limp min reraises. Obviously AA/KK is a concern. I've seen players do this with garbage too, though. Not sure whether to 4 bet and call a shove, or just take a flop in position.

i generally flat and play pretty conservatively letting him spew worse hands whilst letting us minimize our losses when he does have AA/KK....this is when im IP btw

What does everyone else think?

i probably just take a flop and get it in on any non A or K board gladly. if villain was a little shorter i just shove, but with his stack and position ill let him hang himself/get off the hook on bad boards.

ps- how do none of u guys ever have reads???

Because tables break up regularly, so I'm often sitting down with new, unknown players.

Guess I'll go ahead and put the flop up.

Not the greatest flop, but no A or K. Part of me wants to shove. The weak tight part of me wants to just call and see what he does on the turn. Guess which part wins?

If you intend to call, I hope you're then calling the turn shove as well, but since he doesn't even have a PSR behind, I'd just shove. I think that both lines are ok.

Im calling this and folding the turn. A limp raises is soooo heavily weighted towards AA/KK that if he fires two barrels I am happily mucking.

Your goal should be to try and get an idea on his limp reraise range whilst also getting value -problemis the lack of information we have vs an unknown and 1 street to decide!

I think call preflop is prob best at getting value vs JJ and AK and any other crap he may be doing this with + we have position in a semi-3bet pot.

Make a decision on the flop if you're gonna felt or not and go with it - if you think this isn't just AA/KK say could be jj and AK/AQ then I would either shove drawy flop or call and get AI turn but cuz of stack sizes 22 behind just shove flop.

The limp reraise and pot flop is strong but also villan may be wanting you to fold by acting so strongly so I would shove flop. If you think he'll only do this then you can fold flop but call flop and fold turn is bad given stack sizes -unless you want to induce another bluff but too many scare cards rly.

I cant edit my post, I never checked out the stacks, assumed it was 100 bb. I am getting it in on the flop, I just dont give short stacks nearly as much credit.
