screenname

Hello,

After I signed up with Everest through the bonus program on the site, I created a bonus account here. However, when going back to play I noticed that the last character from my screenname was missing. So I either made a typo or Everest doesn't allow long names. Now I can't change the screenname I provided Two Plus Two with, and my guess is that this is causing problems when you check whether I have fullfilled the requirements.

I sent two e-mails to the bonus_support e-mail addres already, but got no response. Therefore I am posting this message. Could you please look into the e-mails?
