I was hoping to just take it down on the flop and once he called I didn't lead turn because I didn't really see him folding if he'd caught even a small piece of the flop. Hero has $105 behind on river - how best to extract?

he's fairly aggro with the high VPIP, so wouldn't he have bet the K on the turn?? i know 40ish looks too much like a value bet, but wouldn't he call it with a T...dunno, i'm just not sure if he has a K holding more than the a T/other holdings
