Seriously, does anyone see any reason to this "experiment" other than as a way to flirt with Brandi? Does anyone actually buy "oh, I was just curious if any of the NVG posters would apply Baye's {sic} theorem to this picture." I could totally see myself coming up with some inane experiment like this if I were trying to bond with a girl. "let's make out and see if anyone says anything. It'll be cool."

[/ QUOTE ]

The original picture was put up because I thought it would get some attention on this site. Not as a test, although that was of secondary interest.

This coming clean thread was posted because some people were claiming that I was a creep for exploiting Saura, pinning Brandi to a wall, and that they would be nervous having me in the same room as their daughter. Since I was planning to stay with Saura indefintiely, her mother approved, and the Brandi picture was fake, I thought that the truth might change those minds.

At this point I have no win going further with this subject. When I write that I don't date poker playing females to alleviate the concerns of those who thought I was shooting at Brandi, others say I'm using that as an excuse for failure.

No, but I do assume that by 40 most men are grounded, mature, and sexually confident enough, to not need the "thrill of conquest" that "bagging a hot chick" brings.

I guess I would assume that even a single guy over 40, would be placing a higher value on other desirable traits, rather than just hotness.

I don't think there is anything morally wrong with middle age men chasing young girls... I just think it is kind of pathetic.

Dominic rocks. But this is precisely what I think every time I read one of his posts (...or those posts of his that deal with this subject.)

[/ QUOTE ]

When did I say the only qualifying item on my list is "hotness?" Of course there are other factors that I weigh before dating a woman other than how cute or young she is. My point was simply this: just because I'm older than 40 does not make hot, young girls any less interesting to look at or even "have fun with." But if I was to show any serious interest whatsoever in a woman under the age of...oh, say 30 these days, it would be rare. There are always exceptions, of course, and a 28 yr. old can be just as interesting, smart and wonderful than someone older. Am I not supposed to date her because she's in her 20s?? Does the fact that I went out on a date last week with a 41 yr. old make me somehow "more mature and grounded" as the previous poster put it?

And by the way, I don't "chase" any girls. For whatever reason, they tend to chase me.
