It's not a negative value if that RB actually does something with the ball. The negative value is also small.

It's only negative value if you do nothing with the ball when you get it. The old system didn't take into account yards per carry which is huge in the NFL, this one does.

Changed receptions from .3 down to .2, .3 was too high.

It sorts it for you by what players did last year. It's also a lot more realistic, so players who are actually good in the NFL will be usually just as good in this league (unlike the standard league).
