God, bob wins this so easily. At the absolute MOST nitty, they did not include decimals in the wager. Therefore, the age can only contain whole numbers. Standard rounding to whole numbers would apply and bobo wins at 21.49 and lower age while tokyo would win at 21.50 and higher age. LDO.
