does playerview even exist anymore?

i purchased playerview awhile back and it worked just fine for me while playing on party poker. now that i've switched to poker stars, i can't seem to get it to work. i tried going to their website and it won't even come up. does anyone know what is up?

when i open up playerview, it displays the tables on stars that i have open but it does not display any stats. i've already checked to make sure the correct database is selected and the layout manager is correct. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
