2-7 TD hand rankings

been getting more serious with TD lately, but can't seem to find a list of hand rankings that I can quickly refer to while playing.

anyone have a link of rankings, particulary between 10th-20th ranked hands?

Make a list of all the possible 8's, from highest to lowest (no straights).

87653
87652
87643
87642
87632
87543
etc...

When you're done, invert it.

#10 is 87432. Then 87532, 87542, 87543, 87632, 87642, 87643, 87652, 87653, and #19 is a perfect nine.
