Can I play poker on my phone??

I know there are sites out there that you can download to your mobile phone, but could I play on my favourite site that I would play at home on my desktop. If so, what sort of phone do I need, and will the connection be up to speed. I am in the UK so I dont know if it would differ from states etc.

no idea, but wouldn't that work out to be a rather expensive way to play ?

I have no idea why people would want to play on their phone....thats just sad.

Pretty sure pokerstars possibly hollywood supports this..
Looked into it before I was going on a verrrrry long car ride and wanted to have something to do (grind microstakes)
Never got it working. They have a list on the website.

The main issue was that my cell phone service (T-Mobile) blocks "adult services" on the phones. I was told to call and ask that block to be removed. I think the easiest way to test this is to try to dial a 1-900 number and just hang up once they pick up (or have some fun)

If you dont know one make one up I still get an error.
