AJo btn vs. ss
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)
MP ($595.75) CO ($464.85) Hero ($457) SB ($89.25) BB ($247.20) UTG ($1636.80) Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $14</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $89.25</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $75.25. Villian is a reguler shortstacker. Normally this should be a fold i think because ss push mostly very tight but i was running 32/28 on the table and was stealing any btn till now so can i call vs. ss in spots like this? With my tableimage what do you call here? |

Re: AJo btn vs. ss
yeah this is definitely a call. you only need 41% equity, If he is pushing 66+, KJs+ ATs+ AJo, and KQo you are at the equity you need. If you have a wide button range like you said and they arent super nitty, they will have a wider range than this.
