Default Mansion $100k Guaranteed - AA in 1st Level - Standard?

Hello there! I lurk here often but have yet to post a hand history, and unfortunately I'm having trouble converting this Mansion HH into a better format so I apologise if this is difficult to read.

This is a hand I wanted to discuss from the Mansion $100k guaranteed tourney ($100 Buy-in). It happened very early on (Hand 6) so very little history. The only notable hand I played previous to this was the following (Any thoughts on this hand also greatly appreciated, I felt I played it too weak but didn't want to overcommit to AK too early):

PokerStars Game #25935207: Hold'em No Limit (0) - 2007/07/14 - 20:05:16 (ET)
Table 'Mansion' 9-max Seat #2 is the button
Seat 1: Sophabella ($2,590.00 in chips)
Seat 2: HERO ($2,470.00 in chips)
Seat 3: bibus ($2,440.00 in chips)
Seat 4: letham ($2,500.00 in chips)
Seat 5: RUIB ($2,500.00 in chips)
Seat 6: Royal Flush ($2,500.00 in chips)
Seat 7: CatfishTPA ($2,530.00 in chips)
Seat 8: MarinaY ($2,500.00 in chips)
Seat 9: Teach Me Pls ($2,470.00 in chips)
bibus: posts small blind $10
letham: posts big blind $20
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to HERO [Ad Kh]
RUIB: folds
Royal Flush: folds
CatfishTPA: folds
MarinaY: folds
Teach Me Pls: folds
Sophabella: folds
HERO: raises to $80
bibus: raises to $260
letham: folds
HERO: calls $260
*** FLOP *** [3s 4c Qd]
bibus: checks
HERO: checks
*** TURN *** [3s 4c Qd] [6s]
bibus: bets $540
HERO: folds
bibus collected $540 from pot
bibus: mucks
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $540 | Rake $0
Board [3s 4c Qd 6s]
Seat 3: bibus collected ($540)

Two hands later this hand comes up. Does this seem standard or should it have been played differently?

I felt that my bet sizing was fine but wanted to hear some more experienced opinions (I don't usually play such high buy-in tournaments but have been hoping to play this one for a while!)

All input appreciated.

How about the AK hand? Did I play it too weakly? Should I reraise PF since he could interpret my button raise as a much wider range?
