After UTG bets a weak $5 and BU just calls I would c/r flop to $30.

As played, I would just check and call a small bet. BU probably has a flush so I'm ok to give it up now if he bets/raises big.

In that spot I usually raise around 30. IMO UTG's range is really polarized when he bets 5$ into a 25$ 3-handed pot with a wet board. He likely either has high cards or 55/22.
When button flat calls I put him on a small pair 33-88?
Raise and watch them fold.

This is a pretty easy c/r on the flop. Turn/River action should be moot.

Check-raise flop to $40. Then lead out turn. We have a weaaaaak bet and a weaaaaaaak call. You don't want your hand to die on like an A turn.

The flop is seemingly great for our hand ...but I just think based on UTG tight raising range we are rarely ahead. Which is why I may just fold PRE to a UTG raise and cold call, but I am nitty.

The flop donk seems like he wants the calls ...I dont know, pretty marginal spot.
