Default NL200 AK hand

I posted this in Full Ring, However I feel that the regular forums have much much better regulars, and I wanted to get some input on it. I just looked through the guidelines and I didn't see anything about not posting in 2 forums, however if I broke the guidelines, sorry...

I have been playing with Villian for about 2.5 hours, we tusled a bit heads up, where I induced and called him down. But other than a bit donk aggro I didn't think he was terrible. We haven't really tangled at all for the last hour, table is 9 handed.

I have 400+
Villian has 310ish

I am dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] k [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Folds to me in the CO, I make it 8$. Villian calls on the button, BB calls.

Flop A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Pot 24$

BB checks, I bet 24$, villian calls, BB folds.

Turn A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Pot 72$

I bet 35$, villian min-raises to 70$, I call

River 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Pot: 212$

I check, Villian shoves for 200 and types "what's your kicker?", I tank and call.

I thought after my description of villian and how I checked river that I had induced a bluff and had to call. Thoughts on the whole hand?

when he types, what's your kicker, I fold without much thought. I really doubt he's one level in front with the chat.

you cant call the turn and fold that river. i would probably just shove the turn and feel good about it.

I had him down as fairly aggro, but not very good. I was thinking if I push turn then I fold out the draws and get called by all the better hands, and AQ/AJ(maybe). Was thinking that he is missing the river 4/5 times, and I could get some value from his missed hands.

AJ/AQ are calling a turn shove always i think.

i dont think he's going to raise this turn with a draw. i think he raises the flop with a draw more often than turn.

but yeah, given the way you got there, i call. hopefully he didnt have 33/44.

Yeah with no chat I would definitely call here but that line is a dead giveaway. You should type "thanks" and fold.

i don't think you can put too much stock into what he puts in the chat? any decision you make about whether he's trying to mind [censored] you or whether he's serious is arbitrary

I basically didn't know that to do about the stuff in chat, so I disregarded it. I called on the river because my hand is a monster in absolute terms, and since he had played pretty aggro (double barreling, 3 betting me pre fairly often, telling me to stop stealing his blinds etc...) on previous hands I didn't feel I could fold it getting 2:1
