Live deep 1/2 hand i played horrible
effective stacks are $700
full ring live $1/$2 NL Villain is a rock. Not sure how he built up his stack (max buyin is $200) ive been at the table for 3 hours and never saw him win a big pot. We have no history in hands against each other. (7 handed)Villain is UTG; Hero is Button- Hero has K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain raises to $12, 4 folds , Hero calls, blinds fold Flop- 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img],Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Villain bets $20, Hero calls Turn 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Villain bets $50, Hero folds.... Flop raise standard here? Against his tight range I dont think he makes the turn bet without at least AQ... |

Did he look back at his cards when the flop came?

Re: Live deep 1/2 hand i played horrible
I'd betempted to raise to $60 on the flop, and then fold to a re-raise.

Re: Live deep 1/2 hand i played horrible
i probably play it the same against this villain.
I don't like KQo much against this kind of villain showing strength UTG, but this deep it's an obv call as long as you don't mind pitching it if you hit a decent flop and he shows significant strength |
