5/10 vs 3/6 LHE

I've been having a disagreement with a few of my peeps about the profit one can make in each game.

10 tends to be nitty with it being a 2 chip game.

And its been argued that the rake alone make 6 less profitable. But I think the greater action more than makes that up.

What are your assessments of each game.
