Did you ever hear back or get any type of reply please "Wires"?

Not yet but I only sent it off this morning. I'll be sure to post the reply here however I'm certain it will be some generic customer support reply. I also posted this in the Internet Gaming forum to see if it would generate any interest over there.

I was offered this $100 bonus, to clear in 400PP by today. I slogged it out for a week, 3-4hrs after work each day on NL25, 3/4 tabling.

I started off with about 600PPs in my account, I only cleared it when I got to just under 1400PPs. So for some reason, either they recorded it wrongly as 400PP in my account, or only 2PPs counted towards 1PP in the bonus. What gives?!

Only base PP's count for bonus clearing. So any multipliers you get from being in the Queen, King, Aces, etc club don't count.
