Finally beat this stupid game.

I played this all day yesterday trying various configurations, finally figured it out I think

was on level 26 or 27 w/ a 169-8 record at 5am this morning and closed it and went to sleep. Now I have to start over.

If you go agility, you don't need to ever put a point in strength after your first weapon upgrade (but if you get the slingshot and armor, you need like 5 for the first tourney).

You do need to get up to 16ish magic, though. Where ever you get the max armor oil (or regenerate if that is higher).

I kept my machine on whenever I was playing a game, no save sucks.

I went the other way

I put 6 on agility early to get the first slingshot, but then just keep piling on the strength. No magic at all. Not sure if it wins but it got me pretty far.

I'll have to try it your way though.

Agility gets you the most damage I am pretty sure*. With agility, the power move >> EV than the quick one. Also, agility is where you get your movement and jumping speed/distances. Oh, and sometimes you just need to drop back and blast the hell out of people becuase they will murderize you up close.

* Edit: i.e. the sword line gets you the most damage. Wider range with much higher top end (but lower low end).

so while I was playing my strength game yesterday, I started one based on agility, was up until 8am playing it, got up to level 31, decided I should sleep and I wrote i note telling my girlfriend not to turn the computer off- she turned it off

I know I have to be close to the end once I get that far since there isnt that much armor left to buy, but im not sure its worth me playing anymore....

my god, so I wasn't really that close that all

its just so tedious once you get past a certain point
