I believe the are called Going All In and there are 5 DVDs. One of them I seem to remember being chip tricks. I don't think they sell them direct anymore, but you should be able to find them on the usual online sites, Ebay, Amazon, Froogle etc.

I was listening to an episode of bluff radio on the way back from Vegas and they interviewed Phil Laak, he mentiond some DVD's he was a part of but never received compensation for, these might be them. He mentioned you could buy them at the time at the Gambler's Bookstore in Vegas. He went in there and was surprised to actually see them being sold

The whole series was televised on UK TV on the 'Poker Zone' satellite channel. The advice is basic at best and is delivered in a made-the-most-of-the-free-bar style and there are some vomit inducing moments (blonde girl fawning over how 'amazing' Esfandiari is 'cos he can do a card trick). I would suggest you spend your money more wisely than this such as on some quality poker publications (NLHTAP, HOH, PNL etc). Hope my view point helps save you some money.
