I'm tired of reading about people who applied for the card on Monday and have it in hand already. I keep wondering what I'm doing wrong. |

Re: Just got my Netller debit card
Well, I was approved instantly.

Your NETELLER Card has been mailed to you. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery... [/ QUOTE ] So it has been a week (less a few hours) since I was approved. It seems that others are getting their cards in this time span, so I expect mine Friday or Saturday. |

Re: Just got my Netller debit card
I just requested mine. A single click for "request a card", and this was the next screen:
-- Congratulations! Your NETELLER Card application has been received successfully. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping. Your NETELLER Card will be mailed to the address specified in your account. -- 3 weeks. Ugh. |

Re: Just got my Netller debit card
I called again today asking about the status of my application and was told it was stuck in a pending state because they didn't have my DOB (not sure I understand that, because I'm sure I was required to submit that info when I first created my account). I was not given this information during previous calls, and had I not kept calling I never would have been approved for the card. So, if you are stuck in a pending state, just keep calling once a day. Different CS reps have different levels of knowledge and it's pot luck whether you get a good one or not. That's not the way it should be, but it is what it is.
