Default Torn with a mid-pocket vs a maniac

villain is 67/14/4 over ~70 hands. He has only been at the table for a few orbits but I recall being amazed at a very spewy stack-off he made before insta-leaving the table in a previous session (unfortunately he left before I could make a note).

My question is, what is the lowest pocket pair you raise preflop vs this guy to get it in on this flop (to his lead)?

Blinds: $1/$2
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $174.50
Hero: $178.10
SB: $160.40
BB: $202.75

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with X X
<font color="#cc0000">UTG raises to $11</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $30</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($63, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $30</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises all-in $148.1</font>

Oh, it's 4-handed. TT probably as well, if I had a stellar BR.

If he's really spewy then we have to include almost all pp 77+ and really embrace the variance if he can have like any two here.

So it depends a lot.

notice it's 4 handed! I figured that even as low as 88 is definitely ahead of his range.
