I sent them a WTF email, they said they can't give out any info other than that the restrictions apply to all players. Needless to say this pisses me off to no end. I have over 100k that I don't need sitting in that account; now they are basically stealing a quarter's worth of interest over half that amount. Does anyone know people that might be of assistance here?
