Default reraised pot with straight -- nl cash

3/6 nl. 600 stacks. villain is unknown. this is the first reraised pot we've played.

he raises to 18. i reraise to 60 with JT (no spade). he calls.

flop (120)
AKJ (rainbow)
i lead for 100. he calls.

turn 320
Q (2 spades out there now)
he has 440 behind.

what has the most ev v an unknown --

2 small bets
one push
or a checkraise all in?

if we check and he checks the turn and the river blanks. . . is he calling 200 2.3x more often than he's calling 450?
