I wish I was as confident as you guys. I'm not picking against the sox, but this game is such an enormous "let down" scenario, that I'd be crazy to get that confident.

I think the Rocks could kill Shilling, especially after seeing Beckett last night. Shilling could look like BP. But he's also Shilling, so he could be lights-out, too.

I'll say Ubaldo (sp?) pitches well, but Rox bullpen gets dinged a bit. Rockies win 8-6.

rockies got around on some beckett fastballs last night, they looked rusty but their lineup has some pop. curt euro has to be NAILS. my prediction: it'll be something like 5-3 sox going into the late innings and then the rockies will get lit up again. ship it.

Jimenez is a better matchup against the Sox than francis is, period. If his stuff is on, which is a big IF obviously, he will hold the sox to 4 runs in 6 innings of work

We are going to score 5-6 runs in this game I think, so our pitching has to make that stand up.... in other words it's all on Ubaldo tonight

I'd give us a 28% chance of winning, we need too many things to fall into place IMO
