Looking for playchip account Full Tilt

Hay guys. First off I have checked with the forum Mod and it is ok for me to ask so please don't be deleting my thread!

I want to get a play chip account for my brother who I don't want to deposit as he will lose lose lose 100%. I am looking for someones old/unused account to buy off them with a fair amount of playchips in say 2M+.
