Default NL200 JJ preflop vs 4bet

Villain is 18/12/4 over 250 hands, I have 3betted and squeezed over him pretty light from time to time. Apart from pf we havent gotten into any hands wit each other. What do you do here?

Hero BB ($250)
BU ($200)
Villain CO ($200)

Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

2 folds,<font color="red">CO raises $7</font>, BU calls, <font color="red">Hero raies $32</font>, <font color="red">CO raises $76 </font>, BU folds, Hero ?

Calling is horrible here right?

Does it seem like he is adapting to your 3betting or is this the first resistance from him`?

its the first time he 4bets me, should add that. I also thought calling and c/f any non-J flop would be horrible. I was about 60-40 folding/pushing.

Yeah i dont hate folding even QQ in this spot. If he starts 4bet alot, then start pushing JJ+ AQ+.

Unless you think you have tilted him and he is fighting back when he should probably fold let it go. If you call here unless you hit a set you can't be happy and you don't have the right odds to set mine. At least 80% of the time i think he has either 2 overcards to your JJ or an overpair. Also if the flop comes Jack high are you happy to get All in? even if he only has AK he still has a fair bit of equity v's JJ and if he gest all in with you most of the time it will be QQ+. All in all i fold and possibly tighten up my 3 bet range against him especially if i think he is tilted. I then pray for AA or KK in the near future so i can shove and get called pre-flop.
