beat just got evicted

Landlord stopped by today to find my front door broken with blood everywhere. My friend came home from the bar last night and was locked out so he punched a window and cut him self pretty badly. Theres also 3 other broken windows. Trash blowing all around are yard. Beer bottles all over the porch.

He hasn't even seen the inside of the house. Holes in walls. [censored] up kitchen floor (fell alsleep with the faucet running one day with a clogged sink). Broken toilet.
48 hours to get the [censored] out. will try to post pictures.

That's a good idea.

Then when the landlord has to clean everything up, he'll just charge you whatever he wants.

But, you won't have to pay, it will only go on your credit report.
