Ceaser's Poker Room Rate

Many of you probably read (as I did) in the latest issue of Card Player about Ceaser's new poker room. The article listed a room rate for Poker players and what it took to earn the rate (5 hours play each day during your stay). In addition to the article, I received a flyer in the mail from Ceaser's that advertised the poker rate. I called to book a room for mid-march and got the run around from the staff. Apparently, you have to have an account (I am assuming this is a frequent player program)with Ceasers. I will establish an account when I go out there and I am not complaining. Just wondering if anyone else has run into the same situation?
