He's interviewed for eight HC jobs in two years and instead ends up getting demoted to linebacker coach. He'll be right there in line for an '08 gig interviewing against Cowher, Parcells, and Schottenheimer.

So you think Parcells will be dead before he takes another job? Possibly but last time he was 60 with a bad heart. Assuming he's not dead, I think he'll be back. Cowher has taken a broadcasting job too. Does that mean he won't be back? As an aside, I think firing Irvin because you're afraid of what he might say and then hiring Parcells is pretty funny.
