I dont hate a fold. Calling is ok, and 4betting is fine too. He has some semi-strong hands in his range, but like never TT+. his most likely hands are AQ/KQ and lowish pairs.

I disagree completely with this. I think he is megastrong and that dictates a call preflop. Accounting for the possibility of him being weak, which I doubt, we can call a blank flop, and fold to more aggression thereafter.
