i was really confused on what to do on the flop... with my bet im planning on calling his AI so i should of popped it for 720 initially... was this whole line out of whack (should have raised more pre flop etc) what is an optimal line here??

Push preflop, there are a lot of < 10BB stacks after you, you are likely to be called with weaker hand.

check to induce a shove is my line. i'm not folding kings here, and a bet will push out hands that might bluff at the pot, so just check it and let them put it in for you.

Make a note on him for being a retard for cold calling T400 with a T1120 stack.

In future situations please spike a king on the turn or river.
