I think this is going to get you into a lot of trouble. UTG raised and I think that should play a big part in this. The button then reraised an UTG raiser still early in a sng. You are going to see AA or KK a lot here and will get called by AK most of the time also which is good for us but not great when their will be better spots later on. I think this may even be a Major mistake. 400 chips is a nice extra bit to have but I think you are going to get it in way behind a ton here. You may get called by jj and 1010 but far less often than you are going to see AA KK.

ugh. not having reads here really sucks. button makes what looks like a very standard 3-bet in terms of bet-sizing, so not even that gives us any info besides maybe that he might not be a complete donk. i might sharkscope him real quick (if that's still around idk), and shove/fold based on that.
against a solid reg this is a fold, but against most everyone else i'd say this is a shove so with no reads this looks good just take a note if you get called.
