This is almost entirely correct. I would consider drinking a litre of milk before starting on an afternoon/evening drinking binge, and mix in a few burgers when hungry, then a few more when drunken munchies kick in before you pass out, then the rest of the milk and burgers for breakfast. This is a fairly easy challenge.

I'm pretty sure milk first, spew, then munch and beer is the optimal strategy. A beer and a burger ~an hour is piss easy and both will negate the effects of the other. The milk is just [censored] so get that over at the start. If you get a bit drunk and spew and plan to drink the milk last, you're crazy. The thought of drinking a gallon of milk after spewing from a stomach full of beer and burgers would be enough to make me just give up and not even try the milk. Spewing from milk on an otherwise empty stomach, then eating a couple burgers would get me in the mood for more burgers and beer however.
