Default Stars $6.5 HH

Hello all,
I was wondering if any of you kind folks would be at all willing to review a HH from a SnG I recently won.

This game is by no means the best game I've ever played, but I do feel it is the best I've played since returning to poker this summer after about a 6-month hiatus. I'm still feeling pretty rusty on the bubble, and obviously have some new leaks in my game that I need to fix, so I'm hoping you guys can help out to spot where I'm going wrong.

That being said, there are two hands here I know I played badly: the hand with A9o when I had the chiplead at 75/150 and the hand with JTs at 50/100 which I limped (and should have folded PF) The A9o hand is a symptom of a leak in my game where I tend to become a bit more SLAGgy after gaining a chip lead.

Any other issues you guys see I'd love to hear about. One last thing I should mention is that everyone in the game has been renamed, with me being Hero. I've also removed the tournament number and hand #s from the file.

Thank you guys a lot for your help

The HH is a txt file at http://www.mediafire.com/?3ujqxttuxmn

Why bother hiding your identity, its not like anyone cares when you play $6 sngs, also if these hands had numbers it would be so much easier to comment on. That said, will read through it now and see

Yeah I know, I'm just paranoid. Also, there are 4 digits left in each hand number, and I'm not 100% sure they're all unique, but there's a pretty damn good chance they are, so you can use those.

And thank you very much for taking your time to help me.

Not really a fan of the A8d limp with only one other limper, i just fold there.

Open limping JTd at 50/100 is spew

The A9 hand isn't so bad, i'd fold preflop but postflop is fine - F donkbettors! When you have the chiplead its fine to sitback and wait till the bubble, its not a mtt - you don't have to go out of your way to aquire chips. More often than not if you just keep raising people will resteal/call and you'll end up losing chips. Its fine to stick to playing solid and protecting your position while waiting till the bubble. That being said, the occasional raise with hands like A9 is fine

Hero said, "lol his sharkscope stats are blocked, hmm I wonder why" DONT TAP THE GLASS

ATo hand at 100/200 when the button limps 5 handed, i would shove. 500 in the middle is a nice addition to your 2700 stack, and they limp/fold here a ton. If you had a read on him having a monster completeing is fine.

OMG SHOVE IT ALLIN

ok so you keep missing pushes, you need to get sngpt/sngwiz/a coach/something, and learn when to pushbot.

Suprised, but good fold with the 22. Most people make the mistake of shoving there, but you really lack FE and get called way too much.

Thanks. I did suspect I wasn't pushing enough, but I didn't imagine it was that bad. I do have trouble sometimes seeing spots where I should be pushing ATC. I can't afford to invest in SnGWiz quite yet (and I didn't use it anywhere near as much as I should have during my trial) but as soon as my BR is high enough I will definitely get it and use it often.

One of the big things is Heads Up. When my opponent is getting down to <5BB, should I be pushing ATC or just really really wide?

Also, with the 2 hands with the super-short stack (with <0.5BB) My intention was to maximize the chances of eliminating him without risking a confrontation with the other big-stack. The last thing I want is to be pushing there and get called by the big stack and have the smallstack end up winning and getting a free pass to ITM. But now that I look at it, even though my play there ensures a cash, it does seem like it would be -$EV to do.

Tapping the glass I know is bad. That was one of the rare times I did, and in that situation I couldn't help myself, just because the guy had been trashtalking so much. Really there's no excuse for it though, and I should be keeping my mouth shut in SnGs (as I easily do about 95% of them)
