edit: I should add that with his stack size and the way he's been betting, I'm putting villain on a fairly wide range here, and most likely trying to pick up the blinds. I'm very shortstacked and the blinds are about to go up to 200/400.

I think the villain is on a wide range for a standard raise and a push. But a much smaller range with a mini-raise.

You are not that desperate yet, plus the minraise from CL looks really suspicious unless you have a solid read on him. If it's folded to you, then yeah, instapush, but this is a clear fold.

Fold. dont play on the bubble with this hand. it would be ok to push if you were the original raiser, but tighten up a little when on the bubbs.
